Sometimes people drop by who don't speak Dutch. Over the years it has also happened that Dutch people feel they need to express themselves in English. So if you want to write in the English language, this is the place to go.
Of course not all Dutch people speak English very well, so if you speak Dutch you might consider writing your story in Dutch if you would like to have lots of comments on your posting.
